Finding Frames With Firmoo

I've been in denial about my eyesight for the longest time! As much as I hate to admit it, I should probably be sporting a pair of glasses while I flip through the newest issues of my favorite catalogs for Spring inspiration. Luckily, Firmoo sent me the perfect pair!

Often, glasses are meant for function and leave style out of the equation. These tortoise frames are great for adding a little bit of texture to your look. I love how lightweight they are and the shape is perfect for all of my oval-faced girls (aka me). In need of new frames? Head over to Firmoo and get 50% off your first pair.

Happy Friday! + weekly roundup

Happy Friday friends! This week was full of ups and downs and I'm so glad to finally greet the weekend. I've been putting a ton of time and energy into planning our wedding and I have something so exciting to share this month (hang in there, it's worth it!). My sweet friend and I also launched Ember Sessions during the last few days and I couldn't be happier about the outpouring of positive feedback. All of these amazing projects left little time for rest this week and I'm so happy to get a few extra hours of sleep and catch on my reading. Hopefully you're able to set aside a little time for rest this weekend!

p.s. Ember Sessions are coming to Huntsville, Alabama! We have 8 sessions available on April 19th and would love to help capture your beauty. email emberphotosession@gmail.com to reserve your spot.

Here's what I've loved around the web lately:

Elise Joseph on the Elizabeth Suzann blog
a gorgeous pacific north west forest elopement
Beth Kirby's slow-living workshop in Australia
a stunningly adventurous intimate elopement in Big Sur
& coffee with Hannah Henderson via Mother Mag

April Feeling

Happy April friends (don't worry, there will be no crazy jokes today)! Last month was pretty crazy but SO worth it. We took a trip to New Orleans, worked on a few AMAZING photo shoots and did a ton of wedding planning. While I am so eager to keep creating beautiful things in April (I'm working on an amazing project with the sweetest friend), I'm also feeling a bit burned out. I'm hoping that the change in weather and the arrival of spring's first blooms will bring a bit of R&R my way as well.
