How is it already June? Can you believe that we're half way through the year?! Even more importantly, this week marks the halfway point in this pregnancy. We officially know the sex (I'm not sure yet how we plan on sharing or at what point we're going to do that), I officially owe you a first-trimester recap, and there's a little more than a month until we leave for California. It's all happening!

This month's feeling sunny, warm, and exciting. I've been pinning up a storm and the images above all sort of jumped out to sum up the things I'm drawn to lately... a little last minute beach time, cool interiors, and lots of yellow. What are you into this June?

Happy June! We're getting pretty darn close to travel time and I'm super pumped to be back at home in the States soon. I have so many plans and things I want to do/see/visit/but mostly eat in California. I've already started making lists galore (packing, site-seeing, things I have to get done before we leave) and mentally preparing. The only downside to the trip is how long we'll be away from Ainsworth. 6 months! I can't even imagine what that will be like... stay tuned.

Speaking of Ainsworth, he's traveling for work this week (to a neighboring island), so things have been pretty quiet around here and I'm clamoring to fill some of that silence with this month's playlist. It's a good one! Perfect for cruising on my bike, jamming out in the kitchen, and functioning as background noise while I putter around the house.
