Happy weekend my lovely readers! This weekend I'll be spending time with my best friend who's coming home for a few days, catching up and hopefully getting some rest in the midst of our move (did I mention that we're only moving across town?)! May your weekends be filled with time for stay-cation-ing and day drinking.
xoxo,
Chelsea

I have always loved this Burberry spiked trench and I'm positive it would make such a fabulous DIY project! All you need are some crafting studs (these gold pyramid studs are less ostentatious than full on spikes) and an inexpensive trench coat (this one is by A.P.C. but a Forever 21 style would work just as well). For a way more adventurous DIY check out this tutorial via P.S. I Made This... Happy DIY'ing!

I love the look of jeans but I have a fashion confession to make: up until August 2010 I didn't own any and I still only wear the one pair (bebe denim I purchased while managing the store)! I'm definitely on a mission to incorporate more denim into my wardrobe and the best way to do that is by mixing washes (dark, light and white denim head to toe is a fabulous look). Take a few hints from these chic girls and try mixing this masculine staple with leather, gold accessories and ultra feminine shoes.
