To be honest, I spent a lot of time this weekend getting down on myself for a number of different little things (why isn't my house spotless all the time ever, where do I want Chelsea & The City to go long-term, how does everybody seem to manage their time time so well?). I'm pretty sure everybody has their off days, and Florida's rainy weather lately isn't helping matters. Here's to hoping March goes 'out like a lamb' and brings back the sunny days and better spirits.
Vertical stripes are flattering on everybody and this dress is especially uplifting because it reminds me of warmer days (think Summer seersucker, baseball pinstripes and all that comes with a good game)! The linear design on this dress helps elongate my frame and draw the eyes up (and down to my latest contender in the 'favorite shoes' category). The drizzle has made my anorak the ultimate accessory but I'm secret longing to toss it and go bare!
