It's impossible not to be giddy around this many frozen treats and pastel shades! Las Paletas, or "popsicles" in Spanish, is easily the best way to cool off in Nashville on a sticky day (and we still encountered one of those well into October). The family-founded local staple boasts a dozen (fresh with zero preservatives or artificial flavors) pops daily and with choices ranging from Mexican hot chocolate with chili to avocado there's a favorite for everyone. I highly recommend the raspberry lime!

Happy Friday friends! Do you ever have weeks that just couldn't have been better? Our return to Huntsville was a happy one and I spent the adjustment period (still working on getting back into our daily routine after two weeks away) creating floral crowns & pretty pictures, road tripping with the girls to Nashville and in meetings for a few seriously exciting projects. We even woke up bright and early today and are off to the pumpkin patch. I can't wait to share what has been bubbling up behind the scenes of Chelsea & The City!
