Daughters of Simone Bridal

Back in January I took on an incredible project that proved to be such a wonderful blessing. Alongside Sleepy Fox & White Rabbit Photography, I co-hosted the HiFi Weddings Fest and fell in love with bridal gowns and nuptials of all kinds. I labored over feather headdresses, hustled hard to collect vintage rugs and spent months enraptured with lace dresses. In the end I came out with new friendships and a ton of sweet memories.

I am so happy that Sleepy Fox Photography was able to capture the fashion show that I toiled away at and steal each girl for a quick portrait session in their Daughters of Simone finest. Every model was so stunning and I had a blast styling and sending them down the runway. As I near my own wedding dress adventure (I have my first bridal appointment on the 25th!) I'm happy to pour over these details once more...

A huge thank you to ALL of our gorgeous models!

Behind The Scenes

Whew, I'm exhausted! I've been working on a ton of amazing projects lately and I'm starting to experience a bit of creative burnout. With client weddings, photo shoots and plans for our own September nuptials swirling in my brain I've hardly had any time to create things worthy of this space. I hope you'll check out these behind-the-scenes videos I put together while I sneak away and work on getting re-inspired to blog. See you soon!

Happy Friday! To be honest, I'm still in a bit of an over-scheduling funk but I'm looking forward to a restful Saturday. I've been taking on a ton of projects lately and I'm starting to get a little tired from all of the run around. One of the things keeping me sane is the wave of brand new Spring arrivals all over the web. The weather has warmed a bit and I'm filling up my shopping carts with sandals and farmer's market baskets. I'm already dreaming of days spent on the porch with a breezy dress (check out these options) and a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

Here's to a weekend filled with warm weather and online shopping!
