Gainesville Fashion Week: Day 1

Gainesville Fashion Week's first night was an art show/cocktail party combo and I had a blast attending the event! I grabbed my friend Faye and headed for opening night even though April showers were already officially upon us (we got stuck in the rain walking to the event, hence the frizz!). We explored a couple of art installations, watched the models get made up and checked out a fabulous Stella & Dot display. It's such a treat to support local artists and designers and I can't wait to share a couple of runway shows!
