Sweet Home Alabama

Surprise, we spent the last few days exploring our new town in Alabama! I'm a type-A personality (I carry my simplified planner everywhere...) so I'm sure you can imagine how stressful it is for me to move somewhere we've never even visited. I've been begging for recommendations researching Huntsville since Mr. Jackson got his job offer but, after a week of sleepless nights, we decided that a road-trip was necessary to put my mind at ease.

This little trip has been so good for my soul! We toured a few amazing apartments, explored the cutest shopping/date-night center (which has a J Crew, my prayers have been answered) and got a feel for this new town of ours. I'm so recharged and excited to make a move! By the time this post goes live we'll be on the way home but I can't tell you how much I needed to see it for myself.
