October Mood

My favorite month of the year has finally arrived! I've always felt so akin to the falling leaves and crisp air of Autumn. It's so easy to fall head over heels for the sweet swirl of cinnamon that wafts through October and the mounting excitement of changing seasons. Long gone are sticky summer nights and cozy sweaters have taken up residence at the forefront of our closet. It's a magical time!

I'm so excited to dive into everything October has to offer and back into sharing our lives with you on my favorite little corner of the web. Things have never been better for our little threesome of a family. We're busy adjusting to married life (although not much has changed except the name "Chelsea Jackson" taking up residence on my business cards), dreaming of a tropical honeymoon during the colder months and loving on Lo during her school's Fall break. Apple orchards, pumpkin patches and corn mazes are calling our names!

What are your Autumn plans?

Happy Friday! + weekly roundup

Happy Friday friends, WE'RE MARRIED!!! Last weekend was incredible (if not a little rainy) and we spent the last few days recouping and coming back down to earth from all of the amazing vibes and love surrounding us. I cannot wait to share every single detail of the day with you. In the meantime, I'm excited to be back in the swing of things on the blog, facing a brand new month (one of my favorites), with new projects on the horizon and plans for the future brewing behind the scenes.

I hope you have an amazing weekend but before you sign off, check out my favorite links from the last few weeks:

Getting away with my girls was one of my favorite parts of journeying down the aisle so far! The process of actually making it to the alter is full of so many tasks (however fun they may be) and different stresses. A weekend away is such a special way to re-focus and really celebrate everything that comes along with being engaged.

Today this post is featured on our Green Wedding Shoes series A Blogger Gets Married. I'm so excited to dish out all of the details so head on over to hear all about our magical day.
