Iconic Halloween Inspiration: Stevie Nicks

No matter how excited I get for Halloween, I always wait for the last minute to assemble the perfect costume. This year I'm getting inspired by bad-ass lady icons and first up is Stevie Nicks! I've been drawn to Stevie's effortless boheme style for as long as I can remember and can most often be found singing along to Fleetwood Mac tunes in the car. For a twirl-worthy Stevie look, all you need is a free flowing maxi dress, a pair of stacked platforms (or over the knee boots), a tambourine to clutch and some serious 70s attitude.

It's been a while since my virtual shopping cart was filled with things other than seating cards, bridal accessories and flower girl dresses but I've had my eye on a few pieces and I'm excited to finally dive into fall pieces. There's something about the desert that has been calling to me for the last couple of months and embracing warm sands with a neutral color palette, minimal home accents and gypsy jewels seems like the perfect way to tie it all into autumn. As always, the perfect wide brimmed hat and leather booties are always on my list! What are you longing for this season?
