Happy Friday friends. This week has been fantastic! We spent an afternoon catching up with a family friend, got even more pumped about our Alabama adventure and I had a very productive phone-meeting. Lately, it seems that the chances I'm taking are starting to pay off! I'm so excited to grow this little blog and continue to bring you fun content. Summer has definitely been the season of pattern mixing (for me at least)! At first, I was a little worried about clashing but I gathered up all of my "fashion rules" and threw them out the window. Birds, stripes, floral... bring 'em on! The obsession is even carrying over to Lorelai's closet. I tend to dress her tiny versions of things I would wear (I mean, how cute is that cargo vest?!)... the next day she even rocked stripes + polka dots!

In other news, I'm started to get wayyyy excited about our upcoming move. Expect a few home decor posts and a whole lot of daydreaming in posts to come!

Meghan's blog is the sweetest! Her adorable preppy style is always a little fun and whimsical, making her site one of my favorites to check each day.
