As I'm sure you've noticed by now, we're in full-on holiday planning mode at camp Chelsea & The City! To be quite honest I'm already sort of over Thanksgiving and have moved on to Christmas. The first of the online gift orders are starting to roll in (hello overflowing entryway closet, please don't explode), I'll be trying out turkey day recipes this weekend and I'm not sleeping due to the snow flurry of ideas/inspiration going on in my head at all hours of the night. I just can't help it, this truly is the most wonderful time of the year! Do you have any holiday plans up your sleeve?
Here's what I've been loving this week:
revisiting the Style Me Pretty Thanksgiving guide from last year
a darling look into the lives of Lizzie Renkert & her daughter Luella on The Grace Tales
Lauren Conrad's stunning office makeover
tips from the Glitter Guide on readying your guest room for the holidays
& Stephanie Sterjovski's adorable tartan pants
Thanksgiving is right around the corner! While you're either going to be spending a whole lot of time trussing the turkey or sipping cocktails and circling the appetizer spread, what's a holiday without a little background music? I've got you covered from kitchen to table. I took a cue from a few of my favorites (this one and this one are fab) and complied the perfect list of tunes for your holiday.

November is the time of year that I start to fall (or Fall... ha!) in love with the world. I get dreamy eyed and every little crunchy leaf sends me over the moon with excitement for the upcoming holiday season (also known as the type-A Olympics). This year I began planning Thanksgiving as soon as October 1st rolled around and boy am I ready! Have you seen Bon Appetit's Thanksgiving's-Gonna-Be-A-Breeze To-Do List yet?! It comes complete with a Google calendar organized by week... this thing is a game changer. Another thing I'm loving about November this year? Finally being able to relish in the true meaning of the season. We went from balmy Florida to actual weather her in Northern Alabama and I'm happy to report that it's officially time to stock up on scarves. Let's do this November, I'm pumped!
